• A relaxing steam bath
• A double cleanse
• Shoulder and neck massage
• A quick facial massage 

Optional add-ons: 

• 15 minutes of facial cupping to sculpt and awaken the skin.
• 15 minutes of Gua Sha to refine contours and boost lymphatic flow. 
  

Contradictions: don’t book this treatment if you have severe rosacea, severe psoriasis or severe acne, if you had botox or fillers in the last 3 weeks, if you're in the first trimester of your pregnancy, or if you’re undergoing chemo.
